From this session and the Academia Panel session, seems more universities are creating more programs geared toward a ‘Intelligence Analyst-type degree’.
Ron Sanders, Chief Human Capital Officer, defines human capital as everyone in the IC. He is the first CHCO for the IC. He works closely with Mr. Tom Fingar. As part of the 100 day plan, they are going to reveal a new performance review process which covers many areas, including a new area referred to as”engagement and collaboration”. Being that we [the IC] recruit heavily from academ, the DNI is maintaining and building relationship with this sector. A huge resource that Mike McConnell pointed out is that first and second generation USA born citizens can bring language and culture contextual understanding to the IC.
